• Fishing permits are sold during the year.
• Prices are calculated according to the Fees set by the East Czech local association, see section “Fees”
• You will receive information about other fishing districts together with the permit.
• Fishing is permitted at the artificial lake Rozkoš all year round.
• Baiting is allowed only from the bank. It is forbidden to use buoys to mark feeding areas.

Union permits are valid in the district.
The district is formed by the artificial lake Rozkoš by Česká Skalice, with a surface area of 1080ha

In case no fish are caught, the fisherman is obliged to cross out the remaining part of the line in the Catch Register after fishing. After or when fishing has ended and you have left the water side, the area must be properly cleaned and nothing should be left behind. Your catch must be properly registered in the Catch Register. Fishermen are obliged to be aware of the recreational status of the Rozkoš artificial lake and observe all the rules.The following activities are forbidden on the lake grounds marked with boundary marks and defined by the owner – Povodí Labe s.p,: camping, making campfires, building sheds for fishermen, dropping litter, polluting the area and the water. Parking is allowed where marked by the signposts.

Fishing is forbidden for common interest reasons as follows:

• From the border of the sport area No. 1 in the northern direction to a distance of 100m above the weir.
• From the border of the sport area No. 2 to the border of sport area No. 3.
• In the southern part of the peninsula above the weir as this is designated for economic purposes.
• Along the Úpa river – from the weir on the Úpa river to its estuary into the lake and 100m along the bank of the lake from this point forth in both directions.
• In the protected area above the main dam – marked by boards.
• From the dividing weir of the artificial lake Rovenská (former road Šeřeč – Spyta).
• At places specified for industrial fishing – marked by boards.

• Fishing in the moorings of the Odyseus yacht club is forbidden during the period 1st June to 31st August; at the premises of TJ Slavia Nové Město nad Metují and Technické sporty from 1st June to 30th September.
